What are the deadlines?

  • On December 1, 2017, our early bird registration will open for both members and non-members. Commuter registrations will also be available. Early bird registration will remain open until 11:59 pm on April 15, 2018. 
  • On April 16, 2018, our regular registration will open for both members and non-members ($150 more).
  • On July 6, 2018, at 11:59 pm online and general registration for Harmony University will close. 

What does your tuition cover?

  • Airport Shuttle Service
    The shuttle TO Belmont, noon to 6 pm
    The shuttle FROM Belmont to the airport will run Sunday, July 31st, 5 am to 9 am
  • Food
    Meals will run Sunday night to Saturday night
  • Room
    Dorm style, 2 to a room, 2 rooms share a central bathroom
  • Materials and Instruction
    Some materials may need to be purchased ahead of HU. Your instructors will notify you via email as soon as possible what those materials may be.

Are refunds available?  

Yes, Between December 1, 2017 – June 1, 2018:

  • We will charge a $50 fee, then refund the rest of your tuition.
  • Quartet members and choruses will get individual refunds, but not the deposit.

Between June 2, 2018 – July 1, 2018:

  • We will charge a $200 fee, then refund the rest of your tuition. 
  • Quartet members and choruses will get individual refunds, but not the deposit. 

After July 2, 2018: 

  • We can not refund your tuition.  All class balancing is done, we have people flying out to teach you, and we can’t adjust at this late moment.

Tuition Rates & Fees

Please Note: All registrations will include a processing fee by Eventbrite, our registration management platform (similar to our other events like our International or Midwinter Convention). This fee is based on a percentage of the registration cost and covers credit card processing, the scheduling tools that allow you to select classes and access syllabus and instructor information, and the communication tools we use to keep you informed of all things related to your HU experience.

Are there Single Occupancy Options?

We’re excited to announce that for HU 2018 we will have limited single occupancy rooms available for participants. By default, all resident tuition registrations are double occupancy. To add a single occupancy option, select your college registration quantity, scroll to the bottom of the registration form to add on top of your general tuition. 

Two options are available: 

  • Single Occupancy Room – a single dorm style room with a shared bathroom with another person(s). Limited to the first 50 people. 
  • Single Occupancy Room w/Single Bathroom – a single dorm style room with your own bathroom. Limited to the first 20 people.
